利用規約

WF-RGSS-Scriptsを利用される場合の利用規約です。利用される前にかならず確認してください。

WF-RGSS-Scriptsを利用される場合、この利用規約のすべてに同意したものとして扱います。

WHITE-FLUTEはこの規約の内容を変更できるものとし、その内容をこのサイト上で公開するものとします。

The content of this rule is assumed to be the revokable one, and WHITE-FLUTE is assumed to be the one to disclose the content on this site.

WF-RGSS-Scriptsの利用において、別途ルールが設けられている場合はそのルールを優先するものとします。

When WF-RGSS-Scripts is used, it is assumed the one to give priority to the rule when the rule has been separately installed.

WF-RGSS-Scripts(以下本スクリプトとします。)を利用するとき、次の条件のもとで組み込んで利用することができます。

しかしながら、作品に組み込む利用以外で公開する場合は転載・再配布にあたりますのでご注意ください。

• 改造のあるなしに関わらず組み込んで利用することができます。

• 利用する作品は利用者が著作権を有する必要があります。

• 報告の義務はありません。ですが、報告してくださると嬉しいです。

• 改造して利用する場合は、暗号化アーカイブなどでスクリプトを保護する措置を取ってください。保護されていない状態で公開した場合は、派生物の作成・公開となることがあります。なお、改造しないで利用する場合はこの制限はありません。(通常、暗号化アーカイブで保護して公開すると思いますが。)

本スクリプトを利用することで、何らかの損害・不利益が発生したとしても、 WHITE-FLUTEは一切責任を負わないものとします。

本スクリプトはすべての環境で正常に動作することを保障するものではありません。

本スクリプトから派生したスクリプトを作成し、配布を行う時は、次の制限のもとに配布をおこなうことができます。

本スクリプトを改造して利用した場合であっても、改造したスクリプトの内容を公開しなければこの制限に従う必要はありません。

• 公開を行う前に許諾を得る事が必要です。

• WHITE-FLUTEのスクリプトを元に作成したスクリプトはWHITE-FLUTEが共有し、内容を吸収してアップデートや作成などに利用できるものとします。

• 本スクリプトまたは派生したスクリプトにおいて、利用を不用意に妨げることはできません。ただし、有効な利用規約に違反した場合においての差し止めが必要な場合はその限りではありません。

次のような利用をおこなうことはできません。
